MAP Property is a private company, which has been dealing with the letting of residential and commercial property within the Eastbourne area for more than 20 years. The residential properties available vary from self-contained studio flats to large detached homes. The commercial properties comprise all types of office accommodation, shop units, land suitable for B1 and B8 uses and industrial units. In addition to residential and commercial lettings, we have a selection of properties catering for the large student population within the town. The accommodation varying from 2 bedroom flats up to six bedroom houses are available for the Academic Year, October through to July. These properties are also available for short-term holiday lets during the summer. All our properties are professionally managed from our offices based at Charter House, Courtland's Road, Eastbourne. A personal service is provided for all tenants providing good customer service and giving all tenants peace of mind. Tenants benefit from having a dedicated property manager who will deal with the initial Tenancy Agreement through to organising maintenance and repairs.
