Marble Fairbanks is an architecture, research, and planning office led by founding partners, Scott Marble and Karen Fairbanks. Founded in 1992, our research-based practice is at the forefront of discussions concerning cultural institutions, integrated design processes, and education. We believe innovative design solutions arise from the combination of skillful analysis and collaborative investigation of the core themes surrounding every project. Our continuing connection to academia through teaching and participation in conferences and symposia inspires a creative working environment where theory and practice inform each other indefinitely.
