Mart is committed to ramping up its activities and presence in the Middle East during 2006. Maloo reckons that the new logistics set-up will allow it to truck Siemon's fibre and copper cabling anywhere in the region within 48 hours. The company plans to operate a two-tier distribution network in the region and will look to appoint in-country distributors capable of holding stock for local resellers. Simultaneously, Mart will look to engage directly with large systems integrators carrying out enterprise cabling projects.
