Marta Ward

Marta Ward is an entrepreneurial, results-oriented executive with over 20 years of business and sales experience. Before concentrating on real estate, Marta was with the Xerox Corporation for 23 years, where she successfully held a number of sales, marketing and management positions that included both worldwide and domestic responsibilities. After Xerox, Marta joined Marcus and Millichap, the nation's premier real estate investment firm in Los Angles where she specialized in multi-family housing investments. Marta's work ethic and desire to achieve brought her significant success at Marcus and Millichap. In 2003, she joined Lyle Commercial bringing her real estate sales expertise to the Coachella Valley as a leasing and investment specialist. In 2004 Lyle Commercial became Coldwell Banker Commercial Lyle & Associates. Marta achieved over $14 million in leasing transactions that year and was awarded the Bronze Level of performance excellence. In 2005 and 2006 Marta achieved over $18 million each year in real estate sales and leasing transactions which earned her the Coldwell Banker Commercial Silver Level Circle of Distinction. In 2007 and 2008 Marta achieved the prestigious Gold Level Circle of Distinction for her performance closing over $28 million in leasing transactions. Marta has continued her successful track record achieving Circle of Distinction recognition and Co-Star Power Broker awards each year. Marta is a strong leader with proven abilities in sales, management, strategic planning, project management and team building and improving efficiencies of operations. Marta has a motivation style with a record of building and maintaining relationships. Marta holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration with an International Marketing certificate. She is an active member of ICSC and a CCIM candidate.
