About MasterCraft Builder Group: Established in 2011, MasterCraft Builder Group is managed by brothers Chris Shee and Brad Shee, who have a passion for building award-winning homes and providing unbridled customer service to the Northeast Florida community. MasterCraft Builder Group has built new construction throughout St. Johns County and currently builds in Madeira, TrailMark, RiverTown, SilverLeaf Village, Shearwater, and Villages of Valencia as well as semi-custom home packages. The company has won multiple accolades and awards including Builder of the Year 2019 by the St. Johns Builders Council, 2019 "Pick of Parade" for St. Johns County Parade of Homes, and 2020 distinction of Florida Master Builder Certified.
