Matchfield is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ian Martin Group, which is a certified B Corp with about 200 employees across Canada, the US, and India. The B in B Corp stands for 'Benefit'. Certified B Corporations use business as a force for good, and are certified to meet higher standards of social and environmental performance. Ian Martin created Matchfield as a key part of its mission to better connect people with meaningful work. Together with its sister firm Fitzii, Matchfield is a separate operating company from the Ian Martin Group, but leverages Ian Martin's offices, support services, and back office functions to help the business flourish.
