Matilda continued to develop, bits were added by both Naomi and her multi agency delegates. Matilda's pants were the suggestion of a manager Naomi worked with on a housing project. Whilst slightly tongue in cheek, Matilda has become a very visual reminder of a continuum of need and all that is associated with it, such as appropriate intervention, information sharing and service planning.
