ISO gives our organization a standard way to conduct business. Our processes are documented and reviewed on an ongoing basis. We use standardized methods to solve problems and continuously improve the way we do things. What does ISO mean to our customers? If we didn't have our ISO certification there is a large segment of our customer base that would not do business with us. It is important to them we maintain a quality management system and that the system is regularly audited by a third party to ensure we meet the standard.
