maxIT Healthcare was founded in 2001 as an alternative to traditional public consulting firms. As a closely held private company, our experienced leadership team is free to focus on what's most important - our clients and consulting resources. The management team at maxIT is led by three expert principals: Parker Hinshaw, Founding Partner A longtime contributor to the healthcare information systems industry, Parker Hinshaw has served in various leadership roles helping hospitals and provider organizations with IT strategies and operations for over thirty years. Beginning his career as the top IT executive for Community Hospitals of Indianapolis, Mr. Hinshaw followed by serving in the capacity of interim / contract CIO and Regional Vice President of Operations for a leading outsourcing firm for twenty years. In 1994, he founded his first consulting firm, Resources in Healthcare Innovations (RHI), a leading healthcare IT consulting firm, where he served as CEO. With a strong committment to developing a positive company culture, Mr. Hinshaw grew RHI to a staff of 150+ employees. Mr. Hinshaw holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
