We are expanding into Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee to be a dominant regional competitor. Founded in 1985, Max Tool, Inc. is a full service industrial distributor, representing the product lines of many of industry's foremost manufacturers from around the world. Max Tool has been awarded integrated supply contracts from some of the largest manufacturing plants in Alabama, several of which we have operated successfully for over 10 years. We intend to pursue Integrated Supply and "cribless crib" contracts as a strategy for future growth in sales, as well as for the financial benefit of our customers. We have 44 employees. Our main office is in Birmingham, AL, and we have branch offices in Madison and Montgommery.
