Max Workouts
MAX Workouts involves the use of dumbbells and a pull-up bar. If you're able to hold onto the dumbbells and other objects without difficulty (even if you experience an onset of fatigue quickly), you can still participate in the program by slightly adjusting some of the workout variables (I explain how in the book). However, if you have a difficult time holding onto the equipment due to your elbow injury, I don't recommend that you participate in the program at this time. I suggest further rehab and rest to completely heal your elbow injury before starting the program.
