Mayan Divers, a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Resort is located on the premises of Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort in West Bay Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Roatan. In April 2007, the German-Cuban couple founded the dive center. European standards and personal service belong to the attributes as well as a range of diverse PADI courses. Discover Scuba Diving, for those who would like to try diving, PADI Divemaster programs (4 weeks) up to PADI Instructor Development Courses (10-12 days). Also, a wide variety of specialized courses about navigation, deep, wreck, night, buoyancy, to name a few. Safety, fun and a high level of knowledge about the local dive sites and the underwater world, make your holiday an unforgettable experience. We offer photo and video services, as well as the opportunity to rent a camera and try it yourself. At Mayan Divers we dive in small groups of maximum 6 people per divemaster and the number of divers on board "Bay Princess" a 30 x 11 foot boat, equipped with 2 x 225HP Suzuki 4-stroke engines will be limited to 12 divers to always have plenty of room to move. "Island Princess" a 28 x 9 foot boat with twin 150HP Suzuki 4 stroke engines is limited to 10 divers. "Ariel" a 40 x 13 foot boat with a diesel inboard engine is limited to 20 divers. Our captains Tedy on Ariel, Melvin on Bay Princess and Elken on Island Princess, will make your stay on their boats as comfortable and fun as possible.
