We have recently established a new specialist organization providing search and selection based recruitment services to key industries such as Banking and Finance, Healthcare and Oil and Gas. In addition to the obvious recruitment services, we provide in depth guidance to candidates locating from abroad, by ensuring they are prepared for the cultural differences in the workplace and society. We consult on governmental laws and regulations, visit and employment visas, sponsorship, work permits - not forgetting the ordinary things you take for granted in your home country, such as opening a bank account, finding a place to stay, dress code and more. Also part of our group, a boutique digital agency that aims to create results for it's clients and not just pretty designs called "alternative" which also has a specialized wing which focuses more on advertising & branding, by the name Creative Flare. And "Medica" is one of the leading manufacturers of surgical disposables from non-woven fabric that deals in the re-export and domestic supply of surgical dressing, crepe bandage, absorbent guaze, rolled bandage, absorbent lint, etc. It is an ISO 9001, ISI, DGQA certified company.
