Moreton Bay Technology (MBT) was established in Sydney in the year 1990 by founder, Alec To. His goal was to develop a software solution to manage the inventory, procurement and cost control activities of businesses in the hospitality sector. Alec and his team soon developed a system to meet this demand: the 'Check' solution.
