MB World Group Berhad (MBWG or the Group) diversified its business into property development since 2015. After successfully completed its maiden project Pinnacle Tower serviced apartment in Johor Bahru City Centre in 2017, the Group took a bold step to undertake the development of a 456-acre integrated township called Taman Sri Penawar in Bandar Penawar, Kota Tinggi. In August 2018, the Group expanded into the state of Melaka by unveiling the NOVO 8 Residence at Kampung Lapan as it bids to grow beyond Southern Johor. In 2020, the Group maintained its momentum with the launch of 159 units of double-storey terrace houses in Taman Sri Pulai Perdana, Skudai dubbed Perdana Heights, a 406-unit high rise development dubbed Sierra Heights in Plentong, and a residential enclave dubbed MBW City in Johor Bahru City Centre which consists of Veranda Residences and Trellis Residences.
