McCall Homes Couldn't Build Our Communities Without Our Trade Partners! Here at McCall Homes we're privileged to have built long-lasting relationships not only with our homeowners, but also with our trade partners. In fact, these talented, dedicated businesses have given us the ability to truly build and empower our communities. Far from subcontractors, and more like our most important team members, we are proud to call these businesses true partners. Our trades actually meet monthly to discuss how to improve our building methods; detailed conversations intended to make the homebuilding process more efficient. The benefits to this type of friendly interaction are many, as every trade partner brings amazing ideas to the table, enabling us to reduce material waste, save time and keep the price of our new homes as low as possible. We make sure to keep all the partners out in the field well-fed, as the McCall Homes team stops by homes under construction with donuts, fruit and refreshing drinks-just a small way we're able to show our partners how much we value their hard work. We also host a Trade Appreciation BBQ every summer for all of our trade partners. These annual events are extremely popular providing everyone in the community the opportunity to show their sincere gratitude to the teams who physically built their homes. Our trade partners are also very generous, as every year they donate time, money and materials to worthy causes locally and globally. Together we built a beautiful new home to benefit the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. A raffle was held with the home being awarded to one lucky winner. This event alone resulted in over $500,000 for a great philanthropy!
