Blackwood and Crickhowell is owned by Phillip McCarthy and managers of the salons are Simone Hockey and Stephen McCarthy. Ebbw Vale is owned by Michelle England who has worked for the company for 25 years. Michelle was the manager at Ebbw Vale since 2000 then becoming the new owner in March 2015.
