About Heather McCloskey: Ms. McCloskey's career in human resources management includes experience in diverse industries such as health care, pharmaceuticals, legal, manufacturing, ministry, automotive, transportation, logistics and investing. Her main areas of focus are conducting HR Audits, Developing and Implementing Policies and Procedures, Employee Relations, Designing and Analyzing Fringe Benefit Programs, Recruiting, Performance and Compensation Management, Management and Employee Coaching/Mentoring, Training and Development. Ms. McCloskey has been active in human resources for more than 20 years and is a sought after motivational speaker, community advocate and recent recipient of the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal "2010 Executive Spotlight Award. She graduated from Temple University and is a member in the Society for Human Resources Management.
