McDowell & Company was established in 1971. In 1971 Don McDowell established McDowell & Company in San Francisco, California. With decades of experience in o-ring distribution sales Don McDowell started his own namesake company. As the company grew capabilities grew too and the birth of McDowell & Company CNC precision machining was born in Dallas, Texas. Today Don's legacy is carried on and all operations are under one roof in Richardson, Texas by his son Rusty McDowell and his daughter Nancy McDowell.
