Our goal is to work with our borrowers to understand their funding objectives and provide an efficient, effective solution. Our team has extensive expertise in all types of financing transactions ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to large scale public and 144 debt offerings. As an alternative financing source we focus primarily on collateral value and have experience with real and personal property collateral packages as well as structured settlements and other annuity arrangements. While our primary focus is on secured debt and mezzanine financing, we can also arrange private equity financing on a selective basis. In addition, we offer financial, strategic and M&A advisory services to a wide range of business concerns.
