McLemore Auction Company, LLC was founded in Nashville, Tennesse in November 2006 by Will McLemore to offer real estate and personal property auction services. In the three years since its inception, the company has conducted more than 200 auctions and has sold more than $4 million in assets throughout Middle Tennessee. During that period, the company has developed an active marketplace where buyers and sellers come together to trade in all manner of assets. The strength and vitality of that marketplace has been secured by the company's commitment to value the time of its buyers and sellers. To that end, the organization has been selective in focusing on the sale of assets that are certain to convey to the highest bidders and has fiercely protected the integrity of the bidding process throughout its history. Within the last several years, the auction industry has undergone tremendous changes. Auctioneers are now capable of accessing buyers more efficiently through the use of the internet and its releted technologies. McLemore Auction Company, LLC plans to prepare for the future by continuing to emphasize the application of the latest, most productive technology to benefit its clients in offering property for sale to the general public via auction. Additionally, the company has focused on serving its clients better through the advanced education of its staff. Will McLemore, President of McLemore Auction Company, has received the Certified, Auctioneers™ Institute (CAI) designation. CAI is the most prestigious designation awarded by the National Auctioneers Association. Mr. McLemore currently acts as a sponsor to three apprentice auctioneers within the organization aiding them in their professional development. Of the company's five full time staff members, three worked originally as part time staff and were promoted in recognition of their skill and commitment to the organization and its clients. Promotion from within job sustainability is a hallmark of the company's organizational philosophy.
