mConnected's forum hosting service which, among other things, allow website and app publishers to create and manage forums and empower their users to post topics and messages and participate in real-time conversations. The Service may also include advertisements, paid postings, and certain communications from mConnected such as service announcements, administrative messages, and newsletters, and such advertisements, postings, and communications are considered part of the Service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that mConnected assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications, content, information, or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as charges from Internet service providers or mobile network operators) for which you are solely responsible, including, for the avoidance of doubt, those fees associated with the display and/or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service. By using the Service, you also accept that we may copy, transmit, and distribute your Content to various partners. We are not responsible for any connection or access to the Service by you, or the quality of the transmission of any information that you submit via the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error free or free from interruption or other failures or that the Service will satisfy your specific requirements. The Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, repairs, failure of telecommunications links or equipment, or other causes that may or may not be within our control. We will take reasonable steps to minimize disruption to the Service where it is wholly within our control. We may modify or temporarily or permanently discontinue providing the Service or any of its features with or without notice. We have no obligation to provide maintenance services or technical support for the Service.
