We manage residential property. Most of our customers own two or three single family homes and and we take care of the house they don't occupy. We advertise and find tenants. We get the paperwork done and we send the owner a check. On a monthly basis we collect rent, keep an eye on the property and manage any contractors to make routine or emergency repairs.
