The three managing partners of MDX have implemented and developed multiple business ventures in both the USA and Mexico, and have developed a successful business relationship started in 2001. Combined we have nearly 100 years of manufacturing experience among the Textile, Steel and Plastic Industries. MDX, LLC. was established in September 2010. In November 2010 it opened a wholly owned subsidiary (PG&P Maquiladoras S de RL de CV) which operates as a licensed Maquiladora (IMMEX) in the town of Santa Cruz de Las Flores, just outside of Guadalajara, Mexico. Our business model has been developed through practical experience. We apply what works in today's competitive global economy, and understand the absolute need for first rate quality and customer service provided at a competitive rate. We have a working knowledge of both US and Mexican business culture, a proven track record, and consider ourselves a new kind of contract manufacturer. We want to be your partner and help you meet your clients' needs. Our philosphy, mission and overall strategy are based on a simple premise - we want to help your organization continue to prosper. We currently outsource manufacture commercial grade fabric air dispersion products exclusively for a US client who sells and ships their product globally. Our services have been instrumental in allowing this client to restructure and reap the many rewards of outsourcing their labor needs in the NAFTA region.
