Medina Palms is committed to using the latest 'green technology', and wishes to promote sensitive land use whilst maintaining the integrity of the local marine environment of the Indian Ocean. We aim to work hand in hand with local conservation and wildlife organisations supporting their activities for a brighter future. In particular, Medina Palms has designed all its investment properties with major focus on alternative energy systems such as Solar and Wind Power. Water recycling and correct refuse management are key objectives. We work closely with several conservation organisations in trying to preserve exceptional wildlife areas for the benefit of future generations and a percentage of our income will be donated to support these organisations in their important work.
