We developed Meeting Application in 2013. The first step was to understand event managers' biggest issues in daily routine. According to our research problems were different. In consequence, we have come up with the solution that is universal yet flexible. The app fits events of any type and size. The next goal was to address these common issues and the changing demands of event organizers and attendees. We quickly figured out that there was a mutual need for making communication more effective, providing up-to-date content and enabling networking. That is why we based the app functionalities on these 3 concepts. We knew this should be a highly intuitive tool as planners are extremely busy. Taking all these aspects into account we focused on painless setup, effortless usage, and product usability. Our efforts paid off quickly. The app usefulness and friendly admin panel have made it very popular all around the world. Meeting Application has been used so far on 6 continents and in 17 countries.
