Mega Holdings does NOT provide unlimited space for online storage, high definition multimedia content, backups, or archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, etc., and any such prohibited use of the product package will result in the termination of purchaser's account, with or without notice. For its own operational efficiencies and purposes, Mega Holdings from time to time backs up data on its servers, but it is under no obligation or duty to the purchaser to do so under these Terms. IT IS SOLELY PURCHASER'S DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO BACKUP PURCHASER'S FILES AND DATA ON MEGA HOLDINGS SERVERS, AND under no circumstance will Mega Holdings be liable to anyone FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND under any legal theory for loss of PURCHASER FILES And/or data on any Megaholdings.org server.
