Mei Ah Entertainment Group Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in television operations, film exhibition, film rights licensing and sub-licensing, sale and distribution of films and programs, and processing of audio visual products through its associated companies. As of March 31, 2008, the Company was organized into three business segments: television operations; film exhibition and film rights licensing and sub-licensing, and sale and distribution of films and programs in audio visual product format. Its principal subsidiaries are Mei Ah Holdings Limited, Mei Ah Trading Company Limited, Mei Ah Development Company Limited, MATV Limited and MATV (Asia) Limited.
