MELCHERS enables all employees to participate in internal and external training courses as well as in obtaining a "title of specialist". We further offer our employees to participate in our weekly internal English language course. Employees in Heidelberg may join our weekly offered one-hour workout. Our Frankfurt office cooperates with a fitness centre located in the same office building. The in-house restaurants give the opportunity to meet outside the office: The dishes include a healthy salad buffet as well as vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes changing every day.
