Melotte Distributing is a USDA inspected custom meat processor and wholesale distributor based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We produce a variety of portion-cut meats and grinds to any trim, blend and cut specification desired. We offer all of the major proteins, and specialize in breed and region specific Black Angus beef.
