MidWest Center For Personal & Family Development

MidWest Center For Personal & Family Development

MidWest Center for Personal & Family Development was founded by Jack Quesnell, MSW, LICSW, LMFT in April of 1989. The mission was to be an outpatient mental health facility offering high quality services for adults, couples, children and families. Beginning with 5 clinicians in the St. Paul location, a second location was added in Edina with 2 clinicians in June 1989. MidWest Center grew to 4 locations throughout the Twin Cities in an effort to be more accessible to those in need of our services. We currently have over 40 experienced clinicians offering a large range of specialties and therapy styles including Post Induction Therapy.
