Founded in 2000, Mentor Technical Group (MTG) has, over the first decade of the twenty-first century, grown into a team of more than 500 highly educated, superiorly trained, and dedicated professionals equipped with the expertise and experience required to provide a complete portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDA regulated industry. Some 50% of our employees boast at least 15 years' experience in their area of expertise, while fully 90% have at least five. Thirty-four percent of them have earned bachelor's degrees, 8% also hold advanced degrees, and 54% have completed advanced training and certifications. We're proud to be able to report that we have an employee retention rate of 93% and a D&B Rating of 4A1.
