Magnolia Electric Power

Magnolia Electric Power is a not-for-profit, consumer-owned electric distribution cooperative serving six counties in Southwest Mississippi. Electric power is distributed in Pike and Walthall and parts of Lincoln, Lawrence, Franklin and Amite counties. The service area is mostly rural. A nine-member Board of Directors elected by the membership governs the cooperative. W. Darrell Smith is General Manager of the Cooperative.
