Marine Exhaust Technology A/S is a Danish manufacturer of customised emission reduction systems for marine applications. We offer solutions that fitall diesel engine types, sizes, speeds and fuel types, and our services cover the complete project from start to finish including consulting, sizing, design, manufacturing, supervision and commissioning. Furthermore, Marine Exhaust Technology runs its own test center for full-scale testing of new products and solutions always keeping the environmental impact at an absolute minimum. Marine Exhaust Technology was established in 2011 as an offshoot of PMR Consulting, which was founded in 2008 by Mr. Jens Peter Faldt. In January 2012, Marine Exhaust Technology acquired Toppenberg, a Danish company specialising in steel constructions and machining. With the acquisition, Marine Exhaust Technology has built a strong foundation for development and design, preparation and production as well as delivery and installation of new prototypes and small series of high-quality emission reduction solutions for marine applications. Today, the Marine Exhaust Technology and Toppenberg partnership also encompasses Mekanord - a leading supplier of gearbox and propulsion solutions to the maritime and wind energy sectors. The three companies have joined forces and operate under the name ME Production.
