MEP Services, a subsidiary of CS Partners, was formed in 2004. Realizing the need that many charter schools were interested in partial service management, we created MEP Services as an Independent Contractor to provide Human Resources, Business/Finance, Compliance and other services from a menu of services. MEP Services is a different kind of company. We develop comprehensive contracts with each school that clearly define what functions shall be provided by MEP Services at our expense and what functions will be paid for by the school.
