Mercury got its start over 20 years ago, first in web development and then desktop applications. With the launch of Apples App Store for iPhone in 2008, they found themselves perfectly poised to make the leap to mobile, and then they soon developed the first native iPhone, iPad and Android applications for some of the worlds leading media companies including CNN, USA Today, New York Times, Comcast, Showtime, and TED. Mercury Intermedia founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Brentwood, TN.
