Our property management team consists of dedicated real estate management professionals, friendly managers, energetic leasing consultants, experienced maintenance supervisors and technicians and an expert in-house construction workforce ("CapX"). Mesa's host of management services includes: extensive marketing services, lease-up implementation, in house physical & telephone shop services, competition analysis, contract administration and IT services. Additionally, our CapX team provides in-house construction services that include project assessments, project management and project rehabilitation. Our CapX team is comprised of dedicated and experienced individuals who have managed and completed over $6M in construction and rehab since 2007. Thirty years of Owner/Operator experience coupled with Mesa's innovative approach to fee management has produced unprecedented results in today's market. Mesa will continue to reduce its environmental impact at the corporate and residential/tenant level by moving toward recycled paper for all marketing and packing materials, electronics recycling, energy-saving fluorescent exterior lighting and continuing the partnerships with vendors in support of "going green" policies.
