Mesa Rim strives to make a positive impact by providing a space and supportive community where individuals can explore and challenge their limits. We know from our 5 (almost 6!) years of experience in San Diego that meaningful connectedness, community, and personal growth occurs on and off the walls at Mesa Rim. It's clear that the Reno community is psyched on challenging expectations and pushing past limits, be it in themselves or the representation of their communities. As we get ready to join the community we are excited and thankful for the opportunity to positively contribute to these efforts. We truly hope to ignite and inspire lifelong climbers and support Reno's vision to foster connections with outdoor activities! Mesa Rim isn't the only company supporting transformations in Reno. Big name brands such as Tesla, Apple and Switch are making big investments in Reno, while noteworthy outdoor retailers like Patagonia and Cascade Design (which produces Mountain Safety Research, Platypus, and Thermarest outdoor products) have already found a great home in Reno. And don't forget the budding brewery scene, a city wouldn't be up-and-coming without it! We knew we wanted to grow and try spreading our wings outside the San Diego nest. We're confident that Reno is the right place for us and the people of Reno are ready for a world class indoor climbing facility. It's been amazing to see our community build and do great things in San Diego and we can't wait to build a future in Reno as well!
