Metalfer has been involved in various energy projects in the region since 2011. In order to better focus on such projects by dedicating a specialized team, Metalfer Invest was established in 2012. Metalfer Invest has been given a task of identifying potential opportunities, and analyzing and structuring of investment projects. Metalfer Invest is working in partnership or close co-operation with many well known international companies from the energy and infracstructure sectors. Partnering companies are EPC contractors and equipment providers, several of them being members of Fortune Global 500 and ENR Top 250 International Contractors lists. Metalfer Invest has established cooperation with the leading international banks and financial institutions, including the largest bank in the world - ICBC bank (Industrial and Commerical Bank of China).
