Metnor Construction Limited is one of the four principal divisions of the Metnor Group of companies and was formed in May 2002; it is wholly owned by Metnor Holdings Ltd. The company currently operates primarily, but not exclusively, in the following sectors: Student Accommodation, Care Homes, Hotels and Leisure, Data Centres and Commercial and Retail and Stadia. Our construction activities, as Principal Contractor, covers traditional contracting, design and build, partnering and management contracting. The Company is based in North Tyneside and undertakes projects ranging in value from £250k to £20m.
