Metrasys which has provided SAP Managed Operation since the beginning of 2013 for Telkom Group and SAP Support for external since mid-2013 are proud to announce that has now achieved Partner Center of Expertise (PCOE) certification from SAP. After passing strict audit process provided by SAP, on January 21st 2014, Metrasys successfully achieve PCOE certification which is a SAP PartnerEdge program to ensure that SAP partner is able to meet the minimum standards of service and expertise that have been defined by SAP. Through this certification, SAP has been tested and proved that the procedures performed by Metrasys for operational support has been declared able to meet the requirements according to SAP standard, were assessed from : professional HR, work procedure, kskills and capabilities to provide solutions, supporting infrastructure, equipment, quality of work and timely. This PCOE certification is given by SAP to Metrasys of being able to provide SAP support for Business All-in-One and Business Objects. This is also supported by Metrasys status which has been increased to Gold Partner, the highest level for SAP Partners. Both of these achievements is a guarantee for Metrasys customers and indicates that the solution quality and services provided by Metrasys help the customer and is able to increase the company's success.
