The company is committed to the affirmative action policy and has previously disadvantaged persons employed and in training. METROPLAN is proud to have been awarded a level four contributor to BEE and Procurement Recognition level of 100%. It is however not the policy of the company merely to appoint a person as a token gesture and therefore the qualification, integrity and professionalism is also important. METROPLAN has employed several previously disadvantaged persons over the past years with the objective of providing them with private sector experience in order to register at the South African Council for Town and Regional Planners.
