We will then interview each person ourselves and provide you with a skill-match summary and a resume for your review and our discussion. For those clients who prefer greater visibility into the candidate's interviewing skills and behaviors, we can also provide a brief video resume of the candidate. Finally, we will manage the application, candidate interview, and selection process, and participate in the offer and acceptance discussion to the extent that you desire our direct involvement.
