Our approach is to partner with VC funded growth startups to understand the business and its growth trajectory. Based on the same we help with the most viable talent acquisition solutions. We started operations in March 2019 and over the last 2+ years have worked with 100+ startups with whom we have closed 125+ roles (leadership and lateral) across technology, product, finance, marketing and HR. We engage with growth startups to build the talent acquisition practice and help scale the teams post Series A to Series B Stage. Also, help them identify leaders for key senior roles. Our focus is to work with early stage companies and VC funded startups. The team at Meyrahkee has collectively worked with over 100 plus start-ups over the last five years. We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we have built in the talent space within the start-up ecosystem.
