MGR Personnel was formed in late 2006, and opened for business on January 2, 2007. Our initial core business was the permanent placement of accounting professionals. However, our success in the marketplace quickly led us into handling positions on a temporary basis, as well as positions in other fields such as general administration and human resources. We have chosen to be client-centric, meaning that we handle a majority of positions in these listed fields, but that we also accept custom searches based on the needs of our client employers. We feel that the most important part of a search for an employer is to have a deep understanding of the employer organization itself, thereby helping to ensure a successful search and a placement, whether permanent or temporary, that makes a positive difference in the operations of the company as well as the life of the new employee.
