MICE-People was founded and is run by a team of dedicated forward thinking Lao and long established expat travel professionals with expertise in incentive travel. We are Laos travel and tourism experts and we have gained invaluable experience while working for large and reputable organizations in South East Asia, like international development agencies, consulting firms, corporate travel and training services and regional Destination Management Companies, resulting in over 35 years of combined experience. In the five past years, thousands of delighted travelers have explored Laos and South East Asia with us following our careful designs and operations of itineraries. And because we believed time had come to stand on our own two feet, we established MICE-People out of the desire to create inspiring meetings, incentive travel, conferences and events that achieve clients' business objectives. Laos gradually opens up to the world: it gets more accessible and more exciting possibilities spring up all the time. We keep ourselves updated on the happenings, we try the services of the partners we cooperate with, we build solid relationships with the most reliable suppliers and we come up with mind blasting ideas and experiences. We understand that successful event management extends far beyond logistics. We engage audiences through involvement in strategic project development and work to compliment delivery through a range of services including creative production, graphic design and audio-visual services.
