MicroBiopharm Japan Co., Ltd. has introduced the products which we add the latest biotechnology to our fermentation technology fostered from our birth of business. In 1960´s we have developed the antibiotics for agricultural use and for human and they are still now popular as long running products in the market. In 1970´s we have started the development of antitumor antibiotics and we have developed three antitumor antibiotics, manufactured and distributed them domestically and internationally. It comes to fruition. We have manufactured the above antitumor antibiotics by the chemical synthesis process in addition to fermentation process. We are manufacturing active pharmaceuticals ingredients and final products in accordance with GMP in our plant. We expand business deployment to abroad. In 1990 Shenzhen Main Luck was established as a joint venture company and they manufacture antitumor drugs and distributed in China. They are still increasing the sales. In our research development we have collected microorganism in Japan and Indonesia, and extractions from its cultivation are used for search research of physiological active substance and we have developed our manufacturing technology of useful chemical by the enzyme from microorganism and/or by chemical synthesis. In our search research we collaborate with pharmaceuticals companies and external research institutes. Some of the supply destinations of extractions from its cultivation have found useful candidate chemicals for development. In our research of manufacturing technology we are focusing the contract manufacturing of investigational new drug and the intermediates and we have started the manufacturing one of the investigational new drug whose technology was transferred to our plant.
