This relationship was strengthened in 2000 when Springer purchased a holding in MiCROTEC. In 2005 Springer increased its holding to 70% of MiCROTEC’s equity. The relationship between the two is now even closer and every possible synergy is being exploited. With a workforce of over 150, the MiCROTEC Group has a global turnover of 29 million Euros in the financial year 2009-2010, working all over the world.
