Midway Rental

Midway Rental is a provider of construction and industrial equipment for rent as well as used equipment for sale. Midway is owned by Rental Equipment Investment Corp (REIC). REIC was formed in 2014 by Kevin Fitzgerald, an experienced rental equipment executive, along with other private investors and investment funds. REIC is a holding company established to invest its capital in purchasing well run small to mid-sized rental equipment companies as well as opening new rental locations. In December of 2014 REIC purchased Midway Rental based in Kalispell, Montana. In July of 2015 REIC purchased Reliable Equipment Rental based in Wheatland, Wyoming. Also in June of 2015 REIC opened a new Midway Rental store in Bozeman, Montana. In 2016, REIC acquired Hillside Rental in Evans, Colorado and Pro Rentals and Sales in Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
