Midwest Center for Movement

Located in Hudson WI, (4 blocks south of the Hudson Movie Theater) The Midwest Center for Movement is the premiere martial arts and wellness training facility in the St. Croix River Valley. We believe that "the martial arts are for everyone, but not every martial art is for everyone". That is why we offer 5 different martial arts taught by professional, internationally certified instructors. In order to maintain their purity and tradition, each art is taught separately by instructors that specialize in their respective art. Students can specialize in one art, or train in any art they choose at any time. We have a full line of work out equipment, cardio equipment, and dumbells. We also offer fun group fitness classes such as; Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Bag Boxing, and BodySculpting. Meditation, Chiropractic, Nutrition, and Massage round out our services.
